In it you can start at level 1 all the way up to level 21.
It is nice to have if you are a total beginner and don't know where to start. Also very nice if you don't know how to progress from your basic pull up and push up.
There are a bunch of exercises in it that you can do / use to progress. Like the levers, planche and handstand push up.
